To provide a position specification device capable of accurately specifying a position of a lid of a manhole.SOLUTION: A position specification device of a lid of a manhole includes: a plate body 21 that is formed into a plate shape and in which a plurality of through holes are opened; a storage seat 22 which is formed of a metal material, projects toward an upper surface side of the plate body 21, and has a peripheral wall 222 surrounding a blind hole 221; sleeve means 23 which is inserted into the blind hole 221 and surrounds a storage space 234; a transmission unit 25 which is mounted so as to have an insertion part inserted into the storage space 234 and an exposure part exposed to the outside of the storage space 234; cover means 24 which is formed of a non-metal material and is mounted on the plate body 21 so as to cover the peripheral wall 222 of the storage seat 22, the sleeve means 23 and the exposure part of the transmission unit 25; and a reinforced concrete structure 20 including the plate body 21 and the cover means 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
