MANUFACTURING METHOD OF OXYGEN ADSORBENT MOLDED BODY AND OXYGEN ADSORBENT COMPOSITION THEREFOR
To provide a method for manufacturing an oxygen adsorbent molded body consisting of a single phase of a perovskite type oxide by suppressing heat generation when manufacturing a wet cake without reduction of oxygen adsorptivity, during manufacturing the oxygen adsorbent molded body by adding water and a binder to an oxygen adsorbent consisting of the perovskite type oxide to prepare the wet cake, molding and burning them.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an oxygen adsorbent molded body, including: preparing an oxygen adsorbent composition containing an oxygen adsorbent consisting of perovskite type oxide represented by the general formula (I): ABO, where A is at least one kind of element selected from the group consisting of Ca, Sr and Mg, and B is at least one kind of element selected from the group consisting of Co and Fe, and 3 pts.wt., or more of carbonate based on 100 pts.wt., of the perovskite type oxide; adding water and a binder to the oxygen adsorbent composition to prepare a wet cake, molding the wet cake and drying the same, and then burning the same.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ペロブスカイト型酸化物からなる酸素吸着剤に水とバインダーを加えて湿潤ケーキを作製し、成形し、焼成して、酸素吸着剤成形体を製造する際に、上記湿潤ケーキを作製する際の発熱を抑え、しかも、酸素吸着性能の低下なしに、上記ペロブスカイト型酸化物の単相からなる酸素吸着剤成形体を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明によれば、一般式（Ｉ）ＡＢＯ3（式中、ＡはＣａ、Ｓｒ及びＭｇよりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも１種の元素であり、ＢはＣｏ及びＦｅよりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも１種の元素である。）で表されるペロブスカイト型酸化物からなる酸素吸着剤と、上記ペロブスカイト型酸化物１００重量部に対して炭酸塩３重量部以上とを含む酸素吸着剤組成物を調製し、この酸素吸着剤組成物に水とバインダーを加えて湿潤ケーキを作製し、この湿潤ケーキを成形し、乾燥し、次いで、焼成することを特徴とする酸素吸着剤成形体の製造方法が提供される。【選択図】なし
