PRODUCTION METHOD OF SINTERED BODY AND SINTERED BODY
To provide a production method capable of sufficiently reducing a ratio of bubbles remaining in a sintered body.SOLUTION: The production method includes a molding step of forming a powder containing an inorganic powder into a desired shape to obtain a mold article, a firing step of firing the mold article to obtain a sintered body, and a subsequent cooling step of cooling the mold article. The firing step includes a first step of firing the mold article under an atmosphere of a first pressure of less than 1 atmosphere and a second step of firing the mold article in an atmosphere of a second pressure that is higher than the first pressure after vacuum breaking of the firing atmosphere during the first firing step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、焼結体内部に残存する気泡の、焼結体に対して占める割合を十分に小さくすることができる焼結体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】無機粉末を含む粉体を所望の形状に成形することにより成形物を得る成形工程と、前記成形物を焼成して焼結体を得る焼成工程と、前記焼成工程の後に、前記成形物を冷却する冷却工程とを備え、前記焼成工程は、前記成形物を1気圧未満の圧力である第1圧力の雰囲気下で焼成する第1焼成工程と、前記第1焼成工程中に焼成雰囲気の真空破壊を行って、前記成形物を前記第1圧力よりも高い圧力である第2圧力の雰囲気下で焼成する第2焼成工程とを備える。【選択図】図1
