To provide a new type of zircon material having improved characteristics at high temperature, which is acceptable for use for ultrahigh resolution TFT substrate materials with less bubble formation in glass and less sagging of molded blocks.SOLUTION: The refractory object may include a zircon body that may include at least about 0.1 wt.% and not greater than about 5.5 wt.% of an AlOcontaining component for a total weight of the zircon body. The zircon body may further include at least about 25 wt.% and not greater than about 35 wt.% of a SiOcomponent for a total weight of the zircon body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ガラスで気泡形成が少なく、成形ブロックのたるみが少ない、超高解像度ＴＦＴ基材用途で受け入れられるような、高温で改良特性を有する新しい種類のジルコン材料の提供。【解決手段】耐火物はジルコン本体を含んでもよく、このジルコン本体は、ジルコン本体の総重量に対して約０．１重量％以上かつ約５．５重量％以下のＡｌ２Ｏ３含有成分を含んでもよい。このジルコン本体は、ジルコン本体の総重量に対して約２５重量％以上かつ約３５重量％以下のＳｉＯ２成分をさらに含んでもよい。【選択図】図１
