PLASTERED WALL MATERIAL AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHOD, AND PLASTERED WALL STRUCTURE
To provide a plastered wall material excellent in deodorant property, humidity conditioning property and flame retardant and its constructing method, and a plastered wall structure.SOLUTION: A plastered wall material contains 45 to 80 pts.wt. of wood flour, 5 to 30 pts.wt. of flame retardant and 10 to 45 pts.wt. of viscosity modifier when the entire plastered wall material is 100 pts.wt. A method of applying the plastered wall material includes a step of blending and kneading 15 to 25 pts.wt. of the plastered wall material with respect to 100 pts.wt. of water to obtain a plastered wall material kneaded product; a step of applying a primer coating material onto a substrate material and drying the same to form an undercoat layer having a thickness of 1.0 to 3.0 mm; and a step of coating the plastered wall material kneaded product on the undercoat layer and drying the same to form a plastered wall layer having a thickness of less than 2 mm. The plastered wall structure comprises the substrate material, the undercoat layer having a thickness of 1.0 to 3.0 mm formed on the substrate material, and the plastered wall layer having a thickness of less than 2 mm, which is obtained by applying a plastered wall material formed on the undercoat layer and drying the plastered wall material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】消臭性、調湿性及び難燃性に優れた塗り壁材及びその施工方法、及び塗り壁構造を提供する。【解決手段】塗り壁材は、塗り壁材全体を100重量部とした場合に、木粉を45〜80重量部、難燃剤を5〜30重量部、及び粘度調整剤を10〜45重量部含有する。塗り壁材の施工方法は、水100重量部に対して、塗り壁材15〜25重量部を配合混練して塗り壁材混練物を得る工程と、下地材上に下塗り材を塗工し乾燥させて、1.0〜3.0mmの厚さの下塗り層を形成する工程と、下塗り層上に前記塗り壁材混練物を塗工し乾燥させて、2mm未満の厚さの塗り壁層を形成する工程と、を備える。塗り壁構造は、下地材と、下地材上に形成された1.0〜3.0mmの厚さの下塗り層と、下塗り層上に形成された塗り壁材を塗工し乾燥させて得られた2mm未満の厚さの塗り壁層と、からなる。【選択図】図1
