To provide a fixing device for a tension material excellent in workability, and a pre-stressed concrete structure.SOLUTION: A fixing device for a tension member embedded in a concrete structure, comprising: two cylinder parts each having a curved through hole through which a tension member is penetrated and a fixed end part for fixing an end part of the tension member; and ribs projecting outward from the respective cylinder parts and integrating the cylinder parts in a parallel state; wherein both the through holes intersect each other when viewed from the parallel direction of both cylinder parts in a state where the fixed end parts of the respective cylinder parts are positioned in opposite directions to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
