AIRTIGHT STRUCTURE OF HINGED DOOR
To provide high airtightness of a third airtight material (door tail-side airtight material) 6 provided in a door tail-side vertical frame 3d of a hinged door 1, while enabling a long service life by suppressing deformation towards a door tail side of a door end-side portion 6i of a deformation part 6e of the third airtight material 6.SOLUTION: A protrusion position of a deformation part 6e of a third airtight material 6 protruding from a first main body part 6a is provided such that a door end-side portion 6j is biased towards the hinged door 1 side than a door tail-side portion 6k, so that in a process of closing the hinged door 1, the hinged door 1 enters so as to bite into the door end-side portion 6j towards a door tail side, and a resulting deformation of the door end-side portion 6j towards the door tail side is strongly received by a near first main body part 6a. Thus a deformation area of the deformation part 6e crushed and deformed by the closed hinged door 1 becomes large, securing excellent airtightness, while the deformation of the door end-side portion 6j towards the door tail side in a process of closing the hinged door 1 is suppressed to enable a long service life of the third airtight material 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】開き戸1の戸尻側縦枠3dに設けられる第三気密材(戸尻側気密材)6の気密性を高いものにしながら、該第三気密材6の変形部6eの戸先側部位6iの戸尻側への変形を抑制できて長寿命化が図れるようにする。【解決手段】第三気密材6の変形部6eの第一本体部6aからの突出位置を、戸先側部位6jの方が戸尻側部位6kよりも開き戸1側に偏倚するようにして、開き戸1が閉鎖する過程で、戸先側部位6jに開き戸1が戸尻側に向けて食い込むように入り込んで該戸先側部位6jが無理やり戸尻側に変形させられるのを、近い第一本体部6aで強く受けるようにし、これにより閉鎖した開き戸1により押し潰し変形される変形部6eの変形面積が広いものとして優れた気密性の確保ができながら、開き戸1が閉鎖する過程での戸先側部位6jの戸尻側への変形を抑制して第三気密材6の長寿命化が図れるようにする。【選択図】図6
