CHECK VALVE, DRAIN TRAP AND SIPHON DRAINAGE SYSTEM
To solve problems in a check valve that as a valve element of the cylindrical check valve having a conventional water stop portion has an opening portion laterally extended in straight, closing power is strong, the opening portion, that is, a pair of lip-shaped portions kept into contact with each other, are easily vibrated when drainage passes, and vibration of the lip-shaped portions generates sound caused by contact of the lip portions, which causes generation of noise.SOLUTION: A check valve including a valve portion opened to an inflow fluid to allow the fluid to flow out, and closed to a backflow fluid from a direction reverse to the outflow direction to prevent inflow, has a valve main body portion 12 having an internal space projecting to the outflow direction of the inflow fluid, and the valve portion 11 is extended along the projecting direction of the valve main body portion 12, and formed into the slip shape opened in a manner of separating the valve main body portion 12 into three directions and more in opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の止水部を有した筒状の逆止弁の弁体は、開口部が横に延びる一文字状に形成されていることから、閉じる力が強く、排水通過時、開口部、即ち、互いに当接する一対の口唇状部が振動し易かった。口唇状部が振動すると、口唇状部同士が触れて音を発生させることになり、騒音発生の原因になっていた。【解決手段】流入流体に対し開口して流出させ、流出方向とは逆方向からの逆流流体に対しては閉口して流入を阻止する弁部を備えた逆止弁であって、流入流体の流出方向に突出する内部空間を備える弁本体部12を有し、弁部11は、弁本体部12の突出方向に沿って延在し、開口時、弁本体部12を3方向以上に切り離して開口するスリット状に形成されている。【選択図】図1
