VIBRATION CONTROL REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE, VIBRATION CONTROL REINFORCEMENT METHOD, MATERIAL FOR STRUCTURE, AND VIBRATION RESISTANCE REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE
To utilize dynamical characteristics of a polyurea resin, to protect a structure from vibration due to an earthquake or the like.SOLUTION: A vibration control reinforcement structure is configured such that a reinforcement layer is formed in a tower 12 of a wind power generator 10, the reinforcement layer coating at least one of an inner surface and outer surface of the tower 12. The reinforcement layer contains a polyurea resin formed by chemical reaction of a polyisocyanate compound and an amine compound, and silica powder mixed evenly with the polyurea resin or silica powder alternately laminated with the polyurea resin. Since the reinforcement layer contains the polyurea resin and the silica powder, an attenuation constant of the wind power generator 10 can be greatly improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ポリウレア樹脂の力学的特性を活かして、構造物を地震等に起因する振動から保護する。【解決手段】風力発電装置10のタワー12に、タワー12の内面と外面の少なくとも一方を被覆する補強層を形成した制震補強構造であって、補強層は、ポリイソシアネート化合物とアミン化合物との化学反応により形成されるポリウレア樹脂と、ポリウレア樹脂に対して均一に混合されたシリカ粉末又はポリウレア樹脂と交互に積層されたシリカ粉末と、を含むことを特徴とする。補強層にポリウレア樹脂とシリカ粉末を含むことにより、風力発電装置10の減衰定数を大幅に向上させることができる。【選択図】図3
