MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ION CONDUCTIVE CONCRETE AUTOMATICALLY RELEASING ELECTROLYTE SOLUTION
To disclose an ion conductive concrete automatically releasing an electrolyte solution, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: In a method in which a high water absorptive resin at a saturated state is mixed with an ion conductive concrete, is rapped by conducting a molding processing, hold in reference environment and curing is conducted and a body of the conductive concrete is impregnated into an electrolyte solution, and as a result, finish article of the ion conductive concrete automatically releasing the electrolyte solution is completed, the product can maintain inside humidity environment by itself, the number of free ions inside is secured and electric resistance is stable. For the ion conductive concrete, inside water content is an important factor to define its conductivity. When the high water absorptive resin at the saturated state is mixed with the ion conductive concrete and the inside of the ion conductive concrete becomes dry, the electrolyte solution is released by itself, and the inside water content is secured, therefore relatively stable resistivity is given to the ion conductive concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電解質溶液を自動的に放出するイオン導電コンクリートとその作製方法を開示した。【解決手段】飽和状態の高吸水性樹脂をイオン導電コンクリートに混入させ、成型加工を行なって型抜きした後、基準環境に放置し養生を行い、養生が終了した後、導電コンクリートの本体を電解質溶液に含浸させ、その結果、電解質溶液を自動的に放出するイオン導電コンクリートの仕上げ物を完成する方法において、この製品は自分で内部の湿度環境を維持することができ、内部の自由イオンの数を保証し、電気抵抗が安定している。イオン導電コンクリートにとって、内部の水分の含有量はその導電性を決める重要な要素で、イオン導電コンクリートの中に飽和状態の高吸水性樹脂を混入し、イオン導電コンクリートの内部が乾燥する場合で自分で電解質溶液を放出し、その内部の含水量を保証し、イオン導電コンクリートに相対的に安定する抵抗率を与える。【選択図】図1
