To provide a wooden panel which can be formed without using a bracing, an exclusive metal fitting and a structural plywood and can be provided with an air layer with a desired thickness without depending on the thickness of a frame material in order to solve the problems in the prior arts.SOLUTION: A wooden panel comprises a wooden outer face member, a paper inner face member and a wooden frame member. The frame member has a grating frame member made of an outer peripheral frame member, a horizontal frame member and a vertical frame member, and has a plurality of openings formed partitioned by the grating frame member (or by the grating frame member and the outer peripheral frame member). Two inner face members are arranged at each opening, and the outer face member is arranged on the outside of each inner face member. And an air layer is formed between the two inner face members arranged at the opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】本願発明の課題は、従来技術が抱える問題を解決することであり、すなわち筋違や専用金具、構造用合板を利用することなく形成でき、しかも枠材の厚さに依存することなく所望の厚さの空気層を設けることができる木造パネルを提供することである。【解決手段】本願発明の木造パネルは、木製の外面材、紙製の内面材、そして木製の枠材を備えたものである。枠材は、外周枠材と、横枠材・縦枠材からなる格子枠材を有するものであって、格子枠材によって（又はこの格子枠材と外周枠材によって）仕切られた複数の開口部が形成されたものである。それぞれの開口部には２枚の内面材が設置され、これら内面材の両外側にはそれぞれ外面材が設置される。そして、開口部に設置された２枚の内面材の間には空気層が形成される。【選択図】図９
