To provide a metal anchor ruler that buries and fixes, to base concrete, a lower side part of a column base steel plate coupling base and a wall member in order to build a joining structure of the wall member and the base.SOLUTION: There is provided a metal anchor ruler comprising a base plate 3 fixed to an upper surface of a pair of metal forms 2, an opening 5 in an elongated slit shape for inserting, into the base plate 3, a column base steel plate 4 formed in parallel with the metal form 2 in its longitudinal direction, a pair of bearing plates 6 provided to stand straight along an opening edge of the opening 5 in its longitudinal direction, a bearing hole 6a formed at a predetermined position in a gap of the pair of bearing plates 6 to be overlapping with a through hole 4b formed on an upper side part 4a of the column base steel plate 4, and an engaging tool 7 inserted into the bearing hole 6a and the through hole 4b to engage the column base steel plate 4 in a state where the column base steel plate 4 is sandwiched in the gap 6b of the bearing plates 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
