To provide a slide structure which enables a slide member to be smoothly operated by a constant load without performing fine dimensional adjustment between a fixing member and the slide member.SOLUTION: A stabilizer (1) includes a housing having an opening, a lever (30), and a sheet metal spring (40). The lever (30) has: a lever shaft part (31); a lever body part (37) extending from the lever shaft part; a lever extension part (32) which curves from the lever body part and is located at the outside of the housing at a tip part; and a lever cam part (35) which extends from the lever shaft part in an opposite direction of the lever body part. The sheet metal spring (40) has: a flat plate part (41) fixed to the housing; and a curved surface part (42) which is deflected when contacting with the lever cam part. The stabilizer is attached to a fixing member (60), and a lever tip part (33) of the stabilizer gets out from the opening of the housing to contact with a surface of a slide member (50). The lever tip part contacts the surface of the slide member while applying a constant load thereto regardless of a distance between the fixing member and the slide member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
