SPRAYING DEVICE OF ASPHALT PAVEMENT SOLUTION DECOMPOSER
To provide a spraying device of an asphalt pavement solution decomposer that improves efficiency of spraying work onto a road surface of the decomposer which is an accelerator for accelerating dry-curing of an asphalt pavement solution in accordance with respective situations.SOLUTION: There is provided a spraying device of an asphalt pavement solution decomposer, comprising: a feed pump (gear pump) 6 that is provided at a rear end part of an asphalt pavement vehicle and sends the decomposer stored in a tank 7 to a plurality of spraying nozzles 1 provided in parallel in a width direction of the asphalt pavement vehicle; a feed path 3 that feeds the aforementioned decomposer ejected from the pump 6 to the spraying nozzles 1; electromagnetic valves 2 that spray the aforementioned decomposer fed through the feed path 3 toward a road surface, the electromagnetic valves 2 respectively being provided on the spraying nozzles 1 and functioning to perform open/close operation of the spraying nozzles 1; and a control device 5 that comprises a computer mechanism controlling operation of the electromagnetic valves 2 individually.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アスファルト舗装溶液の乾燥硬化を促進させるための促進剤である分解剤の路面上への散布作業を各状況に応じて効率良く行わせる。【解決手段】アスファルト舗装車両の後端部に設けられ、タンク7に収納された分解剤を上記アスファルト舗装車両の横幅方向に複数個並列に設けられる散布ノズル1に送り出す供給ポンプ(ギヤポンプ)6と、ポンプ6から吐出された上記分解剤を散布ノズル1へと供給する供給路3と、供給路3を経由して供給された上記分解剤を路面に向って噴射させるものであって、散布ノズル1のそれぞれに設けられ散布ノズル1の開閉作動を担う電磁弁2と、電磁弁2の作動を個々に制御するコンピュータ機構からなる制御装置5と、からなる。【選択図】図1
