SNOW MELTING SYSTEM
To provide a snow melting system installed in a ground surface, road, side drain, and the like, capable of melting snow, ice, and the like.SOLUTION: The snow melting system comprises a heating member composed of a planar heating part, a protective member 510 for protecting the planar heating part from outside, and a drainage mechanism for melt water. The protective member 510 includes a substantially flat tread surface 511 and a load applying part disposed at an edge of the tread surface. The load from the substantially flat tread surface 511 is supported by the load applying part. The planar heating part has a size substantially equal to that of the tread surface 511 in a range excluding the load applying part. A gap that allows melt water to flow into the snow melting system and then be discharged to the outside is provided on the load applying part and a base member 540 of the protective member 510.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20
