To provide a tool for polishing a special drainage fitting which allows sufficient polishing of the special drainage fitting, and a method of polishing a special drainage fitting using the same.SOLUTION: A tool for polishing a special drainage fitting is for polishing the inside of a special drainage fitting that joins a plurality of pipes. The tool comprises: a rod-like core member; a pair of fixed vane members disposed on side surfaces near both ends of the core member; and a plurality of movable plate members disposed on side surfaces between the fixed vane members of the core member. In this case, the movable plate members preferably have curved surfaces to cover part of the core member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
