To provide a manhole cover which can make an inspection work efficient.SOLUTION: A manhole cover of this invention is provided with a plurality of protrusions 20 on its top face, which include a plurality of multistage protrusions 22 and a plurality of single stage protrusions 21. The plurality of multistage protrusions respectively include: first stage protruding portions 22a forming first regular polygon shape in a plan view of the manhole cover; and second stage protruding portions 22b disposed on the first stage protruding portions and forming second regular polygon shape in a plan view including a different number of sides from the first regular polygon shape. The plurality of single stage protrusions respectively form third regular polygon shape in a plan view over the whole height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
