SUPPORT DEVICE FOR DEVICE MOUNTING ON ROOF AND SUPPORT METHOD OF DEVICE MOUNTING
To provide a support device and a support method for supporting a stand of a device to be mounted on a roof by fixing to a joint portion of the roof.SOLUTION: In a roof constituting a roof joint portion (6) by covering a hanging wall (5) of a roof material (2U) on the upstream side and screwing it to an upright wall (3) connected to a flat wall (4) of a roof material (2D) on the downstream side screwed to the roof base material, another screw (7a) is additionally hammered in the flat wall (4) when the hanging wall is removed from the upright wall and lifted up, and when the hanging wall is returned to the original position, a hook wall (26b) of a metal fitting body (21) is inserted between the upright wall (3) and the hanging wall (5). Thereafter, a metal fitting (22) is inserted into screw holes (33) of a base wall portion (29) of the metal fitting body, the base wall portion (29) and the hanging wall (5) are fastened to each other, and the hook wall (26b) and the upright wall (3) are fastened to each other, thereby fixing the metal fitting body (21) to the roof joint portion (6), and mounting and fixing a base on the metal fitting body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】屋根の接合部に固着することにより屋根上に搭載される機器の架台を支持するための支持装置及び支持方法を提供する。【解決手段】屋根下地材にビス止めされた下流側の屋根材(2D)の平板壁(4)に連設された起立壁(3)に対して、上流側の屋根材(2U)の垂下壁(5)を覆い被せてビス止めすることにより屋根接合部(6)を構成した屋根において、前記垂下壁を起立壁から取外し持ち上げた状態で前記平板壁(4)に別のビス(7a)を増し打ちし、垂下壁を元の位置に戻す際に、金具本体(21)のフック壁(26b)を起立壁(3)と垂下壁(5)の間に挿入し、その後、金具本体の基壁部(29)のビス孔(33)に金具用ビス(22)を挿入し、基壁部(29)と垂下壁(5)を相互に締結し、フック壁(26b)と起立壁(3)を相互に締結することにより、金具本体(21)を屋根接合部(6)に固着し、該金具本体に架台を搭載し固定する構成である。【選択図】図８
