METHOD FOR PRODUCING FRESH CONCRETE OR FRESH MORTAR OR CEMENT PASTE AND PRODUCTION DEVICE THEREFOR
To provide a method for producing fresh concrete or the like capable of reducing the quantity of air included in fresh concrete or the like, and, for example, capable of easily producing high strength fresh concrete or the like containing fine air bubbles and having sufficient workability and freeze-thaw resistance, and the like.SOLUTION: Either or both of an aggregate and coal ash, cement, water and vapor are fed into a mixer 1, and either or both of the aggregate and coal ash, cement and water are kneaded under a vapor environment to produce fresh concrete or fresh mortar or cement paste.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】フレッシュコンクリート等に含まれる空気量を少なくでき、例えば、微細空気泡を含有して十分なワーカビリティー及び凍結融解抵抗性を有した高強度のフレッシュコンクリート等を容易に製造できるフレッシュコンクリート等の製造方法等を提供する。【解決手段】骨材、石炭灰のうちの一方又は両方とセメントと水と蒸気とをミキサー１内に供給して、蒸気環境下で、骨材、石炭灰のうちの一方又は両方とセメントと水とを混錬することによって、フレッシュコンクリート又はフレッシュモルタル又はセメントペーストを製造することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
