To provide a road block unit being effective in improving installation workability.SOLUTION: A road block unit comprises a resin cover 20 having a square or rectangular box-like shape in plan view, and a concrete block 30 joined within the cover. A plurality of protrusions 25a to 25c extending in the horizontal direction are respectively provided on an outer surface of two side wall parts 22a and 22b of the four side wall parts of the cover 20. A groove 26 is continuously provided over the whole length in the horizontal direction on the respective outer surfaces of the remaining two side wall parts 22c and 22d. The height position in the vertical direction of the protrusions 25a to 25c is substantially the same as the height position in the vertical direction of the groove 26. The thickness in the vertical direction of the protrusions 25a to 25c is smaller than the width in the vertical direction of the groove 26, while the protrusion length of the protrusions 25a to 25c from the side wall parts is larger than the depth of the groove 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
