To enable an easy replacement of a fitting without impairing the installation workability.SOLUTION: In a fitting mounting structure in which an inner periphery of a part located on the outdoor side of a body opening 4 is, with respect to a mounting frame 5 covered by a bent portion 7a of an exterior material 7, mounted to an inner peripheral portion of the body opening 4 via a frame body 10, a frame member 13 constituting the frame body 10 includes a waterproof fixing fin portion 16 extending along a depth direction at a portion to be on the outdoor side, the waterproof fixing fin portion 16 is mounted to the mounting frame 5 in a state of being located on the indoor side from an end surface 7b of the bent portion 7a, a waterproof tape 34 is provided over between the mounting frame 5 and the waterproof fixing fin portion 16, and a sealing member 50 is provided between the end surface 7b of the bent portion 7a and the frame member 13 for covering the waterproof fixing fin portion 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】設置作業性を損なうことなく、建具の交換作業をも容易に実施すること。【解決手段】躯体開口４の室外側に位置する部分の内周が外装材７の屈曲部７ａによって覆われる取付枠５に対して、躯体開口４の内周部に枠体１０を介して取り付けられる建具の取付構造であって、枠体１０を構成する枠材１３は、室外側となる部位に見込み方向に沿って延在する防水固定ヒレ部１６を有し、防水固定ヒレ部１６が屈曲部７ａの端面７ｂよりも室内側に位置した状態で取付枠５に取り付けられており、取付枠５と防水固定ヒレ部１６とにわたって防水テープ３４が設けられ、かつ防水固定ヒレ部１６を覆うように屈曲部７ａの端面７ｂと枠材１３との間にシール材５０が設けられている。【選択図】図６
