To provide a panel device for a cover member in a scaffold provided with a cover member covering a scaffold structure from the outside.SOLUTION: In the scaffolding structure covered with a cover member such as a curing sheet or a soundproof sheet from the outside, a panel device is laid over opposed side edges of a pair of cover members positioned on both right and left sides of a strut; a panel main body (9) which extends vertically along the outside of the strut (2a) and a fastener (10) which fixes the panel main body to tightening means which faces the outside of the scaffolding structure among the tightening means of a fastening member (7) fixed to the strut are provided; and the panel main body (9) is provided with a panel part (11) covering opposed side edges (5a) of the cover member (5) together with the strut (2a) from the outside of the scaffolding structure, and a bone part (12, 12) facing side edges of both cover members from both sides of the panel part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
