THIN STONE PANEL
To provide a thin stone panel capable of attaching thin stones or tiles to a wall surface in a dry process.SOLUTION: The thin stone panel comprises: a receiving portion opening on the front side and having a bottom hole on the back side; an insert metal fitting having a flange extending from the front edge of the receiving portion toward the outside of the receiving portion; a nut accommodated in the receiving portion for fastening a bolt penetrating the bottom hole of the receiving portion from the back side; and a base plate smaller than the flange and penetrating through an engagement hole engaged with the receiving portion. The insert metal fitting is inserted to the base plate from the front side, and a finished material is adhered to the base plate on the front side by an adhesive applied with the thickness of the flange.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】薄い石材やタイルを乾式で壁面に取り付けることができる薄型石材パネルを提供する。【解決手段】薄型石材パネルは、正面側が空き背面側に底孔を有する収容部、及び前記収容部の正面側の縁から前記収容部の外部に向かって延設されたフランジを有するインサート金具と、前記収容部の内部に収容され、背面側から前記収容部の底孔を貫通させたボルトを留めるためのナットと、前記フランジより小さく前記収容部が嵌合する嵌込孔を貫通させた下地板と、を有し、前記下地板は、正面側から前記インサート金具が嵌め込まれ、前記フランジの厚さで塗布した接着剤により正面側に仕上材が貼着される、ことを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
