CAISSON CONNECTING STRUCTURE OF PRECAST MEMBER, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CAISSON CONNECTION STRUCTURE
To provide a caisson connecting structure of a precast member and a construction method of the caisson connection structure capable of improving construction efficiency and reducing manufacturing cost through efficiently absorbing construction error.SOLUTION: A caisson connecting structure of a precast member to configure a connecting part between a concrete segment 20 in a circular cross section and a lower block 30A and an upper block 30B of a precast member 3 for an evacuation passage connected to an inner wall surface 20a of the segment 20 is provided with filling mortar material 6 filled in a gap S1, S2 between projected ends 32a, 35a of each of side walls 32, 35 and the segment 20, wherein each of the projected ends 32a, 35a of a first side wall 32 of the lower block 30A and a second side wall 35 of the upper block 30B are respectively arranged on a position apart from the inner wall surface 20a of the segment 20, and a connecting end part of each of the side walls 32, 35 is supported from a lower direction with a supporting bracket 4 fixed on the side wall surface 20a of the segment 20 and is fixed on the supporting bracket 4 with a bolt 44.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】効率よく施工誤差を吸収することで施工効率を向上させることができ、しかも製造にかかるコストの低減を図ることができる。【解決手段】円形断面のコンクリート製のセグメント20と、セグメント20の内壁面20aに接続される避難通路用プレキャスト部材3の下部ブロック30A及び上部ブロック30Bと、の接続部分を構成し、下部ブロック30Aの第1横壁32及び上部ブロック30Bの第2横壁35の張出し端32a、35aは、セグメント20の内壁面20aから離間した位置に設けられ、各横壁32、35の接続端部は、セグメント20の内壁面20aに固定された支持ブラケット4によって下方から支持されるとともに、支持ブラケット4に対してボルト44により固定され、各横壁32、35の張出し端32a、35aと、セグメント20との離間部分S1、S2に充填モルタル6が設けられたプレキャスト部材の函体接続構造を提供する。【選択図】図1
