To provide a hook-and-loop fastener capable of being properly used in joining members in civil engineering and construction fields.SOLUTION: Each of hook-and-loop fasteners A for civil engineering and construction fields respectively mounted on one member and the other member for joining and fastening both members in a state of disposing them on prescribed relative positions, includes a fastening plate portion 7 fastened to the member at one face 6 to mount the hook-and-loop fastener A, shaft portions 9 projecting upward from the other face 8 of the fastening plate portion 7, and plurality of stems 11 disposed integrally with the shaft portions 9, and composed of locking portions 10 projecting to a lateral direction from outer faces of the shaft portions 9, and the stems 11 are formed by arranging a plurality of locking portions 10 in multiple stages in an axial direction along the projecting direction of the shaft portions 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
