ROOF SUPPORT STRUCTURE OF OUTDOOR INSTALLATION TYPE COLD INSULATION STORAGE
To provide a roof support structure of an outdoor installation type cold insulation storage which is improved in the construction performance of the attachment of a roof member and a degree of freedom.SOLUTION: In an outdoor installation type cold insulation storage having a storage body which is constituted of a ceiling panel interposed between a pair of surface plates via an insulation material, a wall panel and a floor panel having thermal insulation properties, and a roof material placed in an upper part of the ceiling panel via a roof pedestal, the roof pedestal 40A has a hollow rectangular main body 41A, flange parts 42, 43 extending to the outside from lower both sides of the main body, and a narrow-opened nut accommodation part 45 formed at an upper end of the main body. A fixed member 50 engaged with one flange part 42 of the roof pedestal, and arranged on an upper face of the ceiling panel, and a reinforcing member 60A embedded into a thermal insulation material 13 of the ceiling panel are connected to each other with fixing bolts 70, roof fixing bolts 80 penetrating a frame 31 for fixing the roof material 30 are screwed to nuts 81 which are accommodated in the nut accommodation part, and the roof material is fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】屋根材の取付の施工性の向上と自由度の向上を図れるようにした屋外設置型保冷庫における屋根支持構造を提供すること。【解決手段】一対の表面板間に断熱材を介在してなる天井パネルと断熱性を有する壁パネル及び床パネルとによって構成される庫体と、天井パネルの上部に屋根架台を介して載置される屋根材とを具備する屋外設置型保冷庫において、屋根架台４０Ａは、中空矩形状の本体４１Ａと、該本体の下部両側から外方に延在するフランジ部４２，４３と、本体の上端部に形成される狭隘開口状のナット収容部４５とを有し、屋根架台の一方のフランジ部４２に係合して天井パネルの上面に配置される固定部材５０と、天井パネルの断熱材１３に埋設される補強部材６０Ａとを固定ボルト７０で連結し、屋根材３０を固定するフレーム３１を貫通する屋根固定用ボルト８０をナット収容部に収容されたナット８１に螺合して屋根材を固定する。【選択図】 図５
