To provide a laminate for housing material capable of enhancing workability at outdoor such as a construction site.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate for housing material 10, by jointing a heat insulation moisture permeable waterproof sheet 2 having heat insulation property for blocking a heat ray from outside, moisture permeability for permeating steam from inside, and further waterproofness for spinning invasion of water from outside or the like to a woody substrate 1 via an adhesive layer 3. There is provided a laminate for housing material 10, in which percentage of area on a plane view with the adhesive layer 3 arranged is 10 to 50% based on overlapping area of the woody substrate 1 and the heat insulation moisture permeable waterproof sheet 2 on the plane view. There is provided a laminate for housing material 10, having further a tacker needle 4 for fixing the woody substrate 1 and the heat insulation moisture permeable waterproof sheet 2, and the number of the tacker needle is 10 to 30 per 1 mof the overlapping area of the woody substrate 1 and the heat insulation moisture permeable waterproof sheet 2 on the plane view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】建築現場等の屋外での作業性を向上させることが可能な建築用積層体の提供【解決手段】木質基材１に、外部から熱線を遮断する遮熱性や、内部から蒸気を透過させる透湿性、さらには外部からの水の侵入を紡糸する防水性等を有する遮熱透湿防水シート２を接着剤層３で接合した、建材用積層体１０。接着剤層３が配置された平面視上の面積の割合は木質基材１と遮熱透湿防水シート２との平面視上重なる面積に対して、１０〜５０％である建材用積層体１０。更に木質基材１と遮熱透湿防水シート２を固定するタッカー針４を有し、タッカー針の数が、木質基材１と遮熱透湿防水シート２が平面上重なる面積１ｍ２当り、１０〜３０個である、建材用積層体１０。【選択図】図４
