To provide a mobility room which can be easily connected and so on, a mobility room management system, a management server, and a building management system.SOLUTION: A mobility room (vehicle) 22 has: a connection part (door) 82 which enables a user to move by linking the inside of a room body (passenger compartment) 78 to a building (house) 24 or the inside of another moving body; and a movement control device which allows, based upon a first movement request input from an operation input device provided to the room body 78 and a second movement request received from an external device through a communication device, the room body 78 to autonomously move by a moving device so as to let the connection part 82 to reach a target position of connection with the building 24 or the other moving body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】連結を容易に行うこと等が可能なモビリティルーム、モビリティルーム管理システム、管理サーバ及び建築物管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】モビリティルーム（車両）２２は、ルーム本体（車室）７８の内部と建築物（家）２４又は他の移動体の内部とを連通させてユーザの移動を可能とする連結部（ドア）８２と、ルーム本体７８に設けられる操作入力装置に入力された第１移動要求、又は通信装置を介して外部装置から受信した第２移動要求に基づいて、移動装置によりルーム本体７８を自律移動させて、連結部８２を建築物２４又は他の移動体との目標連結位置に到達させる移動制御装置とを有する。【選択図】図２
