To provide a waterproof structure of a roof body connection structure, which can further improve waterproofness.SOLUTION: A waterproof structure in a connection structure of roof bodies 6 in which a plurality of roof bodies 6 having multiple long materials 61 consecutively disposed and installed in a predetermined direction are adjacently disposed and the adjacent roof bodies 6 are connected in a longer direction of the multiple long materials 61, comprises: a connection part 300 which connects the adjacent roof bodies 6 in the long direction of the long materials 61 and extends in an intersecting direction D1 that intersects with the longer direction of the long materials 61 and includes an upper flange part 312 disposed at an upper part of the roof body 6; and a first waterproof part 312a which is disposed along the intersecting direction D1 along which the connection part 300 extends to restrict water immersion between the upper flange part 312 and the roof body 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22
