To provide a drainage member which curbs a cost and can deliver excellent siphon performance with a simple structure having excellent workability.SOLUTION: A drainage member comprises a lid member 21 which is arranged at a position upwardly away from a bottom face 10a inside an eaves gutter 10 and has an inflow opening 2A between the lid member 21 and the bottom face 10a, allowing rainwater to flow into a shoot in the eaves gutter 10. The lid member 21 is arranged so as to close an opening of the shoot 20 when viewed from vertically above. A projected area of the lid member 21 on a plane perpendicular to a vertical direction is larger than the projected area of the opening of the shoot 20 thereon. Also, the lid member 21 is positioned at a height H of 10 to 50 mm from the bottom face 10a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
