To provide a raising structure which does not apply an excessive load to a foundation of a structure, maintains structure balance of a structure, and prevents water immersion into a framework.SOLUTION: A raising structure 100 is for a structure 38 comprising a foundation portion 50 including a foundation 52 of the structure and a metallic framework 30 extending in an upper direction from the foundation portion 50. The framework 30 is coated with a coating portion 10 including an in situ foaming polyurethane 12 from a base end portion 31 at the foundation portion 50 side to a predetermined height h. A height of a bottom end 36 of an exposed portion 32 of the framework 30 that is exposed to outside air is substantially raised with respect to the foundation portion 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
