To provide a cement additive capable, though containing fly ash conforming to specifications of "fly ash type II or III" of "JIS A 6201: 2015 (fly ash for concrete)", of suppressing a decrease in a strength development property of a cement composition containing the fly ash.SOLUTION: The cement additive contains 100 parts by mass of the fly ash conforming to the specifications of fly ash type II or type III of "JIS A 6201: 2015 (fly ash for concrete)" and 5 to 150 parts by mass of coal gasification slag pulverized material having 3,000 to 10,000 cm/g of a Blaine specific surface area. The coal gasification slag pulverized material contains 11.0 to 23.0% by mass of CaO.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】「ＪＩＳ Ａ ６２０１：２０１５（コンクリート用フライアッシュ）」のフライアッシュＩＩ種又はＩＩＩ種の規定に適合するフライアッシュを含むにもかかわらず、該フライアッシュを含むセメント組成物の強度発現性の低下を抑制しうるセメント添加材を提供する。【解決手段】「ＪＩＳ Ａ ６２０１：２０１５（コンクリート用フライアッシュ）」のフライアッシュＩＩ種又はＩＩＩ種の規定に適合するフライアッシュ１００質量部、および、ブレーン比表面積が３，０００〜１０，０００ｃｍ２／ｇである石炭ガス化スラグ粉砕物５〜１５０質量部を含むセメント添加材であって、上記石炭ガス化スラグ粉砕物中、ＣａＯの含有率が１１．０〜２３．０質量％であるセメント添加材。【選択図】なし
