NON-CALCINED CEMENT COMPOSITION, NON-CALCINED CONCRETE COMPOSITION, NON-CALCINED CONCRETE, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a cement binder material that reduces consumption of natural resources and carbon emissions during cement manufacturing process, minimizes environmental impacts and can be easily applied to large scale applications.SOLUTION: Provided are a non-calcined cement composition and a non-calcined concrete composition having an aluminum-oxygen compound which can be used as a binder material, a nano-colloidal silica, a solidification control material, micron inorganic particles having a particle size of 1.0 to 100 μm in about 31-87% based on the total weight of the composition. The compositions may further comprise one or more of a solidification auxiliary, active silica and a decreasing agent. They exhibit physical and mechanical properties similar or better than those prepared using a conventional cement. A method for preparing the non-calcined cement composition, the non-calcined concrete composition and the non-calcined concrete is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
