HIGH PULVERIZATION RESISTANT BACKFILL GROUT AND BACKFILL GROUT MATERIAL THEREOF
To provide a backfill group having enhanced resistance to pulverization by repeated load, and a backfill group material thereof.SOLUTION: There are provided a backfill grout material containing a base grout material consisting of cement, a rapid hardening material, a short fiber, a water reducing agent and a setting modifier, with milling them to have content of the rapid hardening material of 1 to 6 mass%, content of the water reducing agent of 0.05 to 1.0 mass%, content of the setting modifier of 0.0 to 3.0 mass%, content of the short fiber of 0.01 to 0.5 vol.% based on volume of the backfill grout, and a water grout material ratio (W/B) of 35 to 65%, in which flow-down time of a JA funnel test is 26 sec. or less, bleeding is not generated, and compression strength at material age of 7 days after hydration hardening is 25 N/mmor more, and a backfill grout formed by the backfill group material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】繰返し荷重による粉状化に対する抵抗性を高めた裏込めグラウトとその裏込めグラウト材に関する。【解決手段】セメントからなるベースグラウト材、速硬材、短繊維、減水剤、および凝結調整剤を含み、ベースグラウト材に対して、速硬材の含有量が1〜6質量%、減水剤の含有量が0.05〜1.0質量%、凝結調整剤の含有量が0.0〜3.0質量%であり、短繊維の含有量が裏込めグラウトの体積に対して0.01〜0.5体積%になる量であり、水グラウト材比(W/B)35〜65%で練り混ぜた裏込めグラウトにおいて、JA漏斗試験の流下時間が26秒以下であって、ブリーディングが発生せず、水和硬化後の材齢7日の圧縮強度が25N/mm2以上であることを特徴とする裏込めグラウト材、および該裏込めグラウト材によって形成された裏込めグラウト。【選択図】図1
