To provide a resin panel capable of preventing a rise of resin in the vicinity of an interface between an end face of a reinforcing member and an end face facing part of a spacer member.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a hollow resin molded body, a spacer member, and a reinforcing member are provided; the spacer member and the reinforcing member are arranged in the resin molded body, and the spacer member has an end face facing part which is opposed to an end face of the reinforcing member in the longitudinal direction; and the resin panel is provided so that the end face facing portion has a resin reservoir space at a position adjacent to the end face of the reinforcing member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
