ARCHITECTURAL SHUTTER APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR EXCHANGING SHUTTER CURTAIN
To provide an architectural shutter apparatus enabling a shutter curtain 1 to be exchanged without detaching a guide rail upper end of an another attachable/detachable member when the shutter curtain 1 is damaged.SOLUTION: A bottom slat 1a on a bottom part of a fully opened shutter curtain 1 abuts on or closely opposed to a ceiling member 7, to prevent a bottom plate from going above the ceiling member. The ceiling member 7 is attachably/detachably provided, and removing at least the ceiling member 7 allows the bottom slat 1a of the shutter curtain to go above a position where the ceiling member is attached. The shutter curtain 1 with the bottom slat 1a having moved upward and having been detached from a guide rail 6 can be exchanged while detached from the guide rail 6 and drawn down. These avoid a partition line partitioning an upper guide rail and eliminate a need of a larger space at an upper guide rail.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】建築用シャッター装置において、シャッターカーテン１が損傷を受けた場合に、着脱自在に設けた別部材のガイドレール上端部を取外すことなく、シャッターカーテン１を交換できるようにする。【解決手段】全開状態になったシャッターカーテン１最下端部に設けられる座板スラット１ａが当接または近接対向して座板のこれ以上の上昇を規制するための上限部材７を設けるにあたり、該上限部材７は、着脱自在に設けられるものとし、シャッターカーテ６ンは、少なくとも上限部材７を取外すことで座板スラット１ａを上限部材の取付け位置よりも上側に移動できるものとし、該座板スラット１ａが上側に移動してガイドレール６から外れたシャッターカーテン１は、該ガイドレール６から外れた状態で引き下ろして交換できるようにし、これらより分割される上側ガイドレールとの仕切り線をなくすと共に、上側ガイドレールを膨らましたりする必要がないようにしたもの。【選択図】図６
