CHECK VALVE DEVICE
To enable a check valve device installed in a weep wheel of an underground structure to maintain normal operation for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A check valve device 7 installed in a weep wheel 6a of an underground structure 1 having a canal 5, comprises: a main check valve 8 and an auxiliary check valve 9. The main check valve 8 includes: a main valve seat 12x formed in a valve body 10 and directed toward the canal 5 side; and a main valve element 20 which comes in contact with and separated from the main valve seat 12x and the main check valve 8 allows the flow toward the canal 5 side and checks the flow in an opposite direction. The auxiliary check valve 9 is disposed on the more opening side of the weep wheel 6a than the operation region of the main valve element 20 and allows the flow toward the canal 5 side and checks the flow in an opposite direction. Intrusion of foreign matter such as sand from the canal 5 to the operation region of the main valve element 20 can be restricted with the auxiliary check valve 9. The auxiliary check valve 9 includes: an auxiliary valve seat 14x which is disposed in the opening end part of the valve body 10 (the opening end part of the weep wheel 6a) and is directed toward the canal 5 side; and an auxiliary valve element 30 which comes in contact with and is separated from the auxiliary valve seat 14x.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 地中構造体のウイープホイール内に設置される逆止弁装置の動作を長期にわたって正常に維持することができるようにする。【解決手段】水路5を有する地中構造体1のウイープホール6a内に設置される逆止弁装置7は、主逆止弁8と副逆止弁9を備えている。主逆止弁8は、弁ボデイ10に形成され水路5側を向く主弁座12xと、この主弁座12xに接離する主弁体20とを有しており、水路5に向かう流れを許容し逆方向の流れを禁じる。副逆止弁9は、主弁体20の動作領域よりウイープホール6aの開口側に配置され、水路5に向かう流れを許容し、逆方向の流れを禁じる。この副逆止弁9により、水路5から主弁体20の動作領域への砂等の異物侵入を規制することができる。副逆止弁9は、弁ボデイ10の開口端部(ウイープホイール6aの開口端部)に配置され、水路5を向く副弁座14xと、この副弁座14xに接離する副弁体30とを有している。【選択図】図1
