To allow immediate acquisition of necessary commodities in an apartment house without going outside the apartment house.SOLUTION: A management system 2 of an apartment house 1 comprises: an authentication information acquisition unit 34 for acquiring authentication information of a resident of the apartment house 1; an entrance control unit 35 for controlling locking and unlocking of a door provided at an entrance of a stock room based on the authentication information; a commodity selection receiving unit 36 for receiving selection of commodities related to a request of the resident from among the commodities stored in a storage apparatus 24 based on an operation of the resident; a takeout control unit 37 for controlling the commodities relating to the request of the resident so that they can be taken out from the storage apparatus 24; a takeout record recording unit 38 for recording information on the commodities taken out from the storage apparatus 24 in association with identification information of the resident; and a charge processing unit 39 for executing processing for charging expenses of the commodities taken out by the resident during a predetermined period based on the information recorded by the takeout record recording unit 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】集合住宅の外に出ることなく集合住宅内で必要な物資を即時に入手可能とする。【解決手段】集合住宅１の管理システム２は、集合住宅１の住人の認証情報を取得する認証情報取得部３４と、認証情報に基づいてストックルームの入口に設けられたドアの施錠と解錠を制御する入場制御部３５と、住人の操作に基づいて、貯蔵装置２４に貯蔵された物資のうちから住人の要求に係る物資の選択を受け付ける物資選択受付部３６と、住人の要求に係る物資を貯蔵装置２４から取出し可能に制御する取出し制御部３７と、住人の識別情報に関連付けて貯蔵装置２４から取出した物資の情報を記録する取出し実績記録部３８と、取出し実績記録部３８により記録された情報に基づいて、所定期間に住人が取出した物資の費用を請求するための処理を実行する請求処理部３９と、を備える。【選択図】図４
