To provide a composition with extremely little carbon emission, capable of improving strength development and of abating an Absanden phenomenon and dry shrinkage.SOLUTION: An environmentally friendly composition (1) comprising blast furnace slag fine powder, 0.5 to 10 parts of a stimulant relative to 100 parts of the blast furnace slag fine powder, a binder, and fine aggregate, is characterized in that the proportion of slowly cooled blast furnace fine aggregate per 100 parts of the fine aggregate is not less than 30 parts. There are provided an environmentally friendly composition (2) according to (1), in which the portion of the slowly cooled blast furnace slag fine aggregate passing through a sieve of 0.1 mm mesh opening per 100 parts of the slowly cooled blast furnace fine aggregate passing through a sieve of 0.15 mm mesh opening is not less than 30 parts, and an environmentally friendly composition (3) according to (1) or (2), with the eluent from the fine aggregate therein having a pH of not lower than 10.SELECTED DRAWING: None
