To provide a toilet bowl device and a cartridge easy to use with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A toilet bowl device 10 comprises a toilet bowl 20 for receiving dirt and guiding it to an opening on a bottom, a cartridge 50 for storing therein the dirt discharged from the opening of the toilet bowl 20, a housing 14 supporting the toilet bowl 20 and detachably housing the cartridge 50, and an openable/closable valve installed at a dirt flowing position between the opening of the toilet bowl 20 and the inside of the cartridge 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
