To reduce the weight while reducing the dimension in the width direction.SOLUTION: A motor portion 50 (armature shaft) and a screw shaft 40 are provided on the same axis C, respectively, and a first socket 43 is provided on the outer side in the radial direction of the screw shaft 40. Therefore, it is possible to realize a trunk lid driving device 30 of a so-called "one-axis structure". Forming the trunk lid drive device 30 into a substantially rod shape results in reducing its widthwise dimension and therefore the capacity of a trunk can be made larger than before. Since the trunk lid driving device 30 has a substantially rod shape, the trunk lid driving device can be installed so as to extend in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle having a space margin, which fails to deteriorate the design freedom of the vehicle side. A first planetary gear speed reducer and a second planetary gear speed reducer can be provided coaxially with respect to both the armature shaft and the screw shaft 40 so that a housing having high rigidity as in the prior art becomes unnecessary. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the weight of the trunk lid driving device 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】幅方向寸法を小さくしつつ軽量化を図る。【解決手段】モータ部50(アーマチュア軸)およびねじ軸40が、それぞれ同一の軸線C上に設けられ、第1ソケット43が、ねじ軸40の径方向外側に設けられている。よって、所謂「1軸構造」のトランクリッド駆動装置30を実現できる。トランクリッド駆動装置30を略棒状にしてその幅方向寸法を小さくでき、従前に比してトランクの容量を大きくできる。トランクリッド駆動装置30は略棒状なので、スペース的に余裕のある車両の前後方向に延びるように設置でき、車両側のデザイン自由度を低下させずに済む。第1,第2遊星歯車減速機を、アーマチュア軸およびねじ軸40の双方に対して同軸に設けることができ、従前のような高い剛性のハウジングが不要となる。よって、トランクリッド駆動装置30の軽量化を図ることができる。【選択図】図3
