SNOW-MELTING EFFECT-MAINTAINING NON-SLIP RUBBER SHEET FOR VEHICLE
To employ a snow-melting effect-maintaining non-slip rubber sheet for a vehicle which reduces salt damage caused by calcium chloride spraying in order to address the big problem of snow melting agent spraying methods which while easily being able to remove snow and prevent freezing of a road surface also causes salt damage with the spraying of the snow melting agent; the snow-melting effect-maintaining non-slip rubber sheet for a vehicle has been developed to newly reduce salt damage by improving the calcium chloride agent spraying methods.SOLUTION: A conventional calcium chloride agent was dispersed on a road surface. While there were still remnants of the calcium chloride concentration, they were discharged to the road side ditch simultaneously with snow melt water. As means for solving the problem, a freezing prevention effect can be obtained up to a freezing point of -51°C with a calcium chloride agent having 32% water solubility. Thus, a snow-melting effect-maintaining non-slip rubber sheet for a vehicle is a method for storing the calcium chloride agent in porous holes on the rubber sheet to obtain a snow melting effect over an extended period. The road surface freezing prevention effect can be maintained and the occurrence of salt damage can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】融雪剤散布方法は、除雪、路面凍結防止が容易に出来るが、融雪剤散布には塩害が発生する大きな課題がある。本発明、融雪効果持続車両滑り止めゴムシート、は塩化カルシューム散布塩害を軽減させることが課題である。塩化カルシューム剤散布方法を改善して、新たに塩害が軽減できる、融雪効果持続車両滑り止めゴムシートの開発を行ったものである。【解決手段】従来塩化カルシユーム剤を路面に撒いて塩化カルシユーム濃度がまだ残っているのに雪溶け水と同時に道路側溝へ放出していた。解決手段は、塩化カルシューム剤水溶度、32%、凝固点は−51℃まで凍結防止効果が得られる為、融雪効果持続車両滑り止めゴムシートは、塩化カルシューム剤をゴムシート多孔に溜める方法で長時間融雪効課、路面凍結防止効果を持続させて、塩害発生を軽減させたものである。【選択図】 図4
