To provide a pile cutting device and a pile extraction method which extracts a heavy existing pile safely.SOLUTION: A pile cutting device 10 for cutting an existing pile P comprises: a cylindrical device body 3 provided with a first outside cylindrical portion 4 concentrically; first driving devices 8(8a,8b) making the first outside cylindrical portion 4 move along the device body 3; and cutting bits 9a,9b. The first driving devices 8(8a,8b) make the first outside cylindrical portion 4 move along the device body 3, thus the cutting bits 9a,9b are made to stand up at a sectional center side of the device body 3, or to fall down to an inner peripheral wall 3N side of the device body 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】重い既設杭を安全に引抜く杭切断装置および杭抜き工法を提供する。【解決手段】既設杭Ｐを切断する杭切断装置１０であって、第１の外側円筒部４を同芯に設けた円筒状の装置本体３と、前記第１の外側円筒部４を前記装置本体３に沿って移動させる第１の駆動装置８（８ａ、８ｂ）と、切断ビット９ａ、９ｂとを備え、前記第１の駆動装置８（８ａ、８ｂ）により前記第１の外側円筒部４を前記装置本体３に沿って移動させることによって、前記切断ビット９ａ、９ｂを前記装置本体３の断面中心側に起立、又は前記装置本体３の内周壁３Ｎ側に倒伏するように構成した。【選択図】図２
