SUBSOIL REINFORCEMENT METHOD AND CASING FOR SUBSOIL REINFORCEMENT
To improve a bearing capacity of a columnar pile than conventional ones while using a small-sized heavy machine such as GI50 widely used in a columnar improvement of a housing, a construction of a steel pipe pile and the like, as it is.SOLUTION: A casing main body 3 is precedingly progressed relative to a projecting portion 21 by a constant depth, and the casing main body is moved accompanied with the projecting portion. After completion of drilling a hole, the projecting portion 21 is lifted up together with the casing main body 3 utilizing a push-up pipe 15 provided in a tip portion side of the casing main body 3. A solidification agent injection hole is formed by transferring a cylindrical large diameter shape of a cylindrical large diameter portion 23 with sweeping to the depth. A cylindrical upper part of a pile head is not formed by transferring the cylindrical large diameter portion 23 of the projecting portion 21 itself, but by transferring a shape in sweeping downwardly. The elongated pile head effectively exhibits function directly simulating a foundation, and subsoil bearing capacity is fully secured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】住宅の柱状改良や鋼管杭の施工などで広く使用されているGI50などの小型重機をそのまま使用しながら、従来より柱状杭の支持力を増強したい。【解決手段】ケーシング本体3を張出し部21に対して相対的に一定の深さだけ先行進行させた後に連れ移動させ、削孔完了後にケーシング本体3の先端部側に設けた押上げ管15を利用してケーシング本体3と共に張出し部21を引き揚げる。当該深さまで同径大径部23の同径大径形状を掃引しながら転写した固化剤注入用孔を形成する。杭頭の同径の上部は、張出し部21の同径大径部23そのものが転写されたものではなく、下方向に掃引された形状が転写されたものとなっており、この長くなった杭頭が直接基礎に擬した働きを効果的に発揮して、地盤支持力が十分に確保される。【選択図】 図5
