METHOD AND DEVICE FOR LATERAL YARDING TRANSFER OF HEAVY LOAD
To provide a method and a device for moving a long heavy load such as a bridge girder in a way of lateral yarding transfer which implements the lateral yarding transfer of the heavy load in a direction different from the direction of installation of lateral yarding rails.SOLUTION: A device for transferring a long heavy load 22 put on a plurality of lateral yarding rails 23 comprises: a bridge axis rail 32 provided in a longitudinal axial direction on a bottom surface of the heavy load 22; a lateral yarding ship 35 provided freely slidably on the lateral yarding rails 23; a bridge axis ship 37 stacked closely on the lateral yarding ship 35 and provided freely slidably on a bottom surface of the bridge axis rail 32; a lateral yarding propulsion jack 33 which transfers the heavy load 22 along the lateral yarding rails 23; and a bridge axis propulsion jack 38 which transfers the heavy load 22 along the bridge axis rail 32. At least one of the lateral yarding ship 35 and the bridge axis ship 37 is composed of a vertical jack.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】橋桁のような長尺の重量物を横取り移送する場合において、重量物を横取りレールの敷設方向と異なる方向に横取り移送するための移送方法及びその装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】複数本の横取りレール23の上に、長尺の重量物22を載せて移送する装置において、前記重量物22の下面の長手軸方向に設けた橋軸レール32と、前記横取りレール23の上に摺動自在に設けた横取りシップ35と、この横取りシップ35の上に密接して重ねられ、前記橋軸レール32の下面に摺動自在に設けた橋軸シップ37と、前記重量物22を前記横取りレール23に沿って移送する横取り推進ジャッキ33と、前記重量物22を前記橋軸レール32に沿って移送する橋軸推進ジャッキ38とを具備し、前記横取りシップ35と前記橋軸シップ37の少なくともいずれか一方が鉛直ジャッキからなる。【選択図】図1
