To provide a novel hydraulic inorganic binder that has potential of replacing portland cement.SOLUTION: There are provided a method of producing an inorganic binder comprising a process of causing colloidal calcium carbonate and sodium silicate to react with each other in slurry or paste comprising an aqueous solution as a medium at a room temperature, an inorganic binder produced by the method, comprising calcium carbonate silicates-based inorganic material as a main component, a method of producing an inorganic binder comprising a process of mixing aqueous slurry or paste comprising colloidal calcium carbonate unexposed to the air and an aqueous solution of sodium silicate at a room temperature to cause the colloidal calcium carbonate and sodium silicate to react with each other, and a method of producing an inorganic binder preferably containing heavy calcium carbonate powder, natural or artificial pozzolan powder, sodium bicarbonate powder and calcium hydroxide powder, with the weight ratio of sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO) powder and calcium hydroxide ((Ca(OH)) powder, i.e., [NaHCO/Ca(OH)] being not lower than 1.0 in terms of a molar ratio conversion value.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ポルトランド・セメントに代わり得る可能性を秘めた新規な水硬性無機バインダーの提供。【解決手段】膠質炭酸カルシウムと珪酸ソーダを、水溶液を媒体とするスラリー又はペースト中で、常温で反応させる無機バインダーの製造方法及び該製造方法で得られるカルシウム・カーボネート・シリケート系無機材料を主成分とする無機バインダー。大気に曝されていない膠質炭酸カルシウムを有する水媒体のスラリー又はペーストと、珪酸ソーダ水溶液を常温で混練して、膠質炭酸カルシウムと、珪酸ソーダとを反応させる無機バインダーの製造方法。好ましくは、重質炭酸カルシウム粉末と、天然由来又は人工のポゾラン粉末と、重曹粉末と、水酸化カルシウム粉末とを含み、重曹(NaHCO3)粉末と、水酸化カルシウム(Ca(OH)2)との重量比が、モル比換算値として[NaHCO3/Ca(OH2)]≧1.0である、無機バインダーの製造方法。【選択図】なし
