To provide a piezoelectric ceramic composition free from a contamination problem, capable of developing characteristics of both of a soft material and a hard material.SOLUTION: The piezoelectric ceramic composition represented by a general formula PbSrBa(ZrTiMnNbSb)Oin which a<1, a+b+c=1, d<1, e<1, d+e<1, and d+e+f+g+h=1. The piezoelectric ceramic composition according to the above composition in which preferably, 0.96≤a≤0.97, 0≤b≤0.03, 0≤c≤0.04, 0.48≤d≤0.52, 0.46≤e≤0.47, 0≤f≤0.20, 0≤g≤0.01, and 0.01≤h≤0.04.SELECTED DRAWING: None
