LIFTING DEVICE OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY
To provide a lifting device of a construction machinery installable to the construction machinery without setting structural and working restriction, capable of reducing manufacturing and maintenance cost, besides excellent in durability and reliability.SOLUTION: A pair of right and left support bases 10 installed to the side walk 9 of a turning body 4 are swingably connected to both right and left sides 16 of a movable ladder 12 by locus restriction members 22. Body base ends 20a, 21a of first and second hydraulic cylinders 20, 21 are pivotally supported at separated positions of the left side support base 10, and rod ends 20b, 21b of the hydraulic cylinders 20, 21 are pivotally supported at a common part of the left side 16 of the movable ladder 12. By reversely actuating the first and second hydraulic cylinders 20, 21 (expanding/retracting), the common pivotally supporting parts 20b, 21b are moved to switch the movable ladder 12 between a developed position and a stored position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建設機械に構造上及び作業上の制約を与えることなく設置できると共に、製作及びメンテナンスに要するコストを低減でき、さらに耐久性や信頼性に優れた建設機械の昇降装置を提供する。【解決手段】旋回体4のサイドウォーク9に設けた左右一対の支持ベース10と可動ラダー12の左右両側16とを、それぞれ軌跡制限部材22により揺動可能に連結する。左側の支持ベース10の互いに離間する位置に第1及び第2油圧シリンダ20,21の本体基端20a,21aを軸支すると共に、各油圧シリンダ20,21のロッド先端20b,21bを可動ラダー12の左側16の共通箇所に軸支する。第1及び第2油圧シリンダ20,21を逆方向(伸張・縮退)に作動させることにより、共通する軸支箇所20b,21bを移動させて可動ラダー12を展開位置と格納位置との間で切り換える。【選択図】図2
