ANCHOR BOLT POSITIONING SUPPORT TOOL
PURPOSE: To provide an anchor bolt positioning support tool capable of greatly improving the work of arranging and fixing an anchor bolt while positioning the same with respect to a horizontal reinforcement in a foundation work of a building and greatly improving the foundation work efficiency and cost.CONSTITUTION: A support tool comprises a horizontal reinforcement attachment portion which is composed of a flexible C-shaped cross section member and is attachable to the horizontal reinforcement only by pressing the horizontal reinforcement from its side face and an anchor bolt support portion which is composed of a flexible C-shaped cross section member and is capable of supporting an anchor bolt only by pressing a side surface of the anchor bolt. The C-shaped cross section member of the anchor bolt support portion is disposed such that its longitudinal direction is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the C-shaped cross section member of the horizontal reinforcement attachment portion, and at that position, it is arranged with a predetermined distance with respect to the C-shaped cross section of the horizontal reinforcement attachment portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【目的】建物基礎工事において横筋に対してアンカーボルトを位置決めしながら配置、固定する作業を大幅に効率化し、基礎工事を大幅に効率化・低コスト化することができるアンカーボルト位置決め支持用具を提供する。【構成】可とう性を有する断面Ｃ字状部材から成り、横筋にその側面から押し付けるだけで前記横筋に対して取り付け可能な横筋取付部と、可とう性を有する断面Ｃ字状部材から成り、アンカーボルトの側面を押し付けるだけで前記アンカーボルトを支持可能なアンカーボルト支持部とから構成される支持用具である。アンカーボルト支持部の断面Ｃ字状部材は、その長手方向が横筋取付部の断面Ｃ字状部材の長手方向に対して直交するように配置されており、その位置は横筋取付部の断面Ｃ字状部材に対して所定距離を介して配置されている。【選択図】 図１
