WATERPROOF STRUCTURE FOR ROOFTOP AND WATERPROOF METHOD
To provide a waterproof structure of a rooftop and a waterproof method which can easily perform the mounting work of a draining member by one worker, and hardly cause a deformation which loses its function even when an unexpected external force is received.SOLUTION: A parapet 1 has a joint part 10 recessed from an inner wall surface 2. The joint part 10 is positioned above a waterproof layer end part 5 fixed to the inner wall surface 2, and extends horizontally. A lower surface of the joint part 10 is a tapered surface 10c having a low outer side. The waterproof structure of the present invention further includes a draining member 12 having an upper end fixed to the inside of the joint part 10, and a seal member 20 filled in the joint part 10. The draining member 12 is an integral component and has an upper fixing part 12a and a lower cover part 12b. The upper fixing part 12a is positioned along the tapered surface 10c, and is fixed to a bottom surface 10a of the joint part 10. The lower cover part 12b extends from the upper fixing part 12a to the outside of the waterproof layer end part 5, and a lower end thereof is positioned below the waterproof layer end part 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】作業員一人で水切り部材の取付け作業が容易にでき、不測の外力を受けても機能を喪失する変形が起こり難い、屋上の防水構造と防水方法を提供する。【解決手段】パラペット1が内壁面2から凹んだ目地部10を有する。目地部10は、内壁面2に固定された防水層端部5の上方に位置し水平に延びる。目地部10の下面は外方が低いテーパ面10cである。本発明の防水構造は、さらに、上端部が目地部10の内部に固定された水切り部材12と、目地部10に充填されたシール部材20とを備える。水切り部材12は、一体部品であり、上部固定部12aと下部カバー部12bとを有する。上部固定部12aは、テーパ面10cに沿って位置し目地部10の底面10aに固定される。下部カバー部12bは、上部固定部12aから防水層端部5の外方まで延び下端が防水層端部5より下方に位置する。【選択図】図2
